Vodafone Forrado took place in Spain in 2009 and its duration was 90 days
Vodafone Spain had as an objective to launch a campaign strongly differentiated in comparison to competition, that would bring a new era in VAS promotions.
Newsphone designed a new campaign with a distinguishing rewarding scheme that could guarantee a sharp increase of ARPU & of Vodafones share in Spanish market. This campaign was the first to give a free entry to the competition. Vodafone Forrado concept gave the opportunity to subscribers to win big cash prizes on a daily basis throughout the promotion.
The blend of a holistic communication plan and a proven CRM application resulted in a volume of incoming SMS double the size of subscriber base.
